- Twin and double en-suite rooms.
- Double and triple rooms sharing bathroom facilities.
- Triple, double or twin room with a shower room but no toilet.

Please email or call us should you need to discuss booking rooms, or if you do not see the options you would like on the online booking form. We will try our best to accommodate you.
Rooms are not available untill 4pm on the date of arrival & must be vacated no later than 11am on the day of departure.
3 Course Evening meals are available on request at 20€ per person, with wine and beer included in the price.
Cancellation Policy
If you wish to cancel your booking we need this in writing via email.
Cancellation charges are as follows:

- 30 days or more before due date of arrival: deposit only (25%).
- 15 to 29 days before due date of arrival: 50% of total contract.
- Less than14 days before due date of arrival: 100% of total contract.
With this in mind we strongly recommend that you purchase suitable holiday insurance.
